  I had an amazing experience at this Alo branch! It was my first time shopping with the brand, and I absolutely loved it. The staff was great. The accolade crewneck is also super comfortable! Thank you!

  I felt borderline harassed being at the store and followed around. I thought it was just me but my friend confirmed she felt the same way. I ended up purchasing an item but didn’t feel welcome at all. The young lady at the till was lovely.

  Great shopping experience and good vibes in this store! The girl at the fitting rooms was friendly and really helpful with sizing, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit! She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable and I found a few pieces I really liked! Thank you!!!

  Had a lovely experience at ALO Battersea. The store looks fantastic and has a really modern, premium feel. The staff were welcoming and helpful when I was looking at different pieces, and they were happy to answer questions about sizing and fit. A really enjoyable shopping experience.

  We had such a lovely experience at ALO! A blonde girl, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask for, was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made us feel so comfortable and was there to help me throughout the entire visit, giving me thoughtful advice and helping me find the right pieces without ever being pushy. The overall atmosphere in the store was also amazing — beautiful, stylish, and very welcoming.
