  I brought an outfit in here and the staff were so lovely especially Isabella G! She was so kind and helpful and complimenting how the outfit looked on me helping me feel more confident! She helped me choose colours and told me her personal recommendations which was so helpful. Will definitely come back to this alo store thank you so much x

  I'd never come across the ALO brand before and just popped in for a nosey. I tried on a few pieces that weren't really right for me, but LULU recommended a tracksuit that suited my build brilliantly. I'm well chuffed with the professional service this time.

  Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish! ⭐️ arianna was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and attentive throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. ❤️

  I had such a lovely shopping experience at Alo today! I bought a pair of shoes and a bra, and Chalukya was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and attentive throughout. I recently had surgery, so trying clothes on and getting changed is still a little difficult for me. Chalukya was incredibly thoughtful and stayed nearby while I was trying things on, just in case I needed any help. She made me feel completely comfortable and never rushed me at all. Such wonderful customer service and a genuinely lovely experience. Thank you so much, Chalukya! 🤍

  Really great service from Isabella G at Battersea. She was so helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, even going back and forth to the stockroom out the back loads of times. She was still helping me even though it had gone past closing time, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she was so friendly and patient throughout. Really lovely customer service and definitely deserves to be recognised!
