  Exceptional Service at ALO I walked into ALO close to Harrods simply intending to look around, with absolutely no plans to spend much. Then I met Marie! 😊 From the moment I arrived, Marie was incredibly helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find pieces that suited me. She wasn’t pushy at all—she simply understood what I was looking for and made the whole experience so enjoyable that I ended up leaving with almost £600 worth of purchases! 😂 Marie’s customer service was exceptional, and she is a real credit to ALO. Sometimes, it’s not just the product that makes you buy—it’s the experience, the warmth, and the person helping you. Thank you, Marie, for making what was supposed to be a quick look-around such a wonderful shopping experience. You definitely deserve recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I would like to give a special mention to a lovely Black French lady with long braided hair whom I met at this store. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she has a distinctive French accent. This was my fourth visit to the store, and each time, she has been consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Her customer service is truly outstanding. She always takes the time to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for, and if an item isn’t available, she is quick to offer thoughtful alternatives. She genuinely goes above and beyond to help, and her attention to customers really stands out. After having a particularly stressful day of shopping yesterday, 19/08, her kindness, patience, and positive attitude completely lifted my mood. I left the store feeling happy and smiling, which was such a lovely way to end the day. I truly hope this message reaches her, because she deserves to be recognised and appreciated for providing such excellent customer service. She is a real credit to the store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Had a wonderful experience, helpful staff Especially Marie found her to be helpful and friendly helped me to put together a nice outfit for my wife, will definitely be coming back, to Brompton Road great customer service.

  The store is so clean and well organised, I was served by a staff member called Marie who was so welcoming and helpful! she was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed without making me feel rushed. Overall great experience at this store!!!

  When I asked store assistant #1 if they had a hoodie in the store, she immediately replied No very dismissively and rudely and wouldn’t even bother to check for me at all. However as I was checking out another item at the cashier with store assistant #2, I complimented her on the hoodie (which was the item I previously enquired about), she told me they do have it in the storeroom, she then helped me source it in my size so that I could try it on and make the purchase. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was the lady wearing the black sway hoodie who was about to clock out at 5:30pm on the 9th of August. Thank you for your help! Definitely a 5 stars for the kind lady’s service but was rather turned off by store assistant #1’s rude attitude. There seems to be a lot of inconsistency in the service in this store and I hope the management looks into it.
