  I had a great experience at Alo earlier this evening, all thanks to the incredible service from Fabiha. She is incredibly sweet, smart, professional, and helpful. Even during a busy late-night hour, she maintained a beautiful smile and a very calm, welcoming energy. She instantly understood exactly what I was looking for and suggested fantastic options that perfectly matched both my practical needs and my personal taste. I also couldn’t stand the heat somewhere due to health issue and she immediately found a solution. I was very comfortable and well taken care of that I will definitely be looking for her specifically on my next visit! A quick shoutout also to the security gentleman with the glasses as well, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

  Great customer service especially from Fabiha! She was so patient, lovely and professional. The store was absolutely packed with nowhere to sit and as I’m pregnant, she kindly went out of her way to find me a chair from inside, really appreciated the little gesture. Thank you so much Fabiha! Will definitely be coming back
