  Honestly, one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time! Everyone at Alo was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Special thanks to Bee, who really helped me out with choosing the right gift and getting the sizes right. Her recommendations were perfect and everything turned out exactly as I hoped! What I really liked was that it wasn’t just one person being helpful — the whole team seemed genuinely happy to help and made the experience feel really easy and comfortable. Great store, amazing people and excellent customer service!

  I wanted to share a really POSITIVE in-store experience yesterday I had during my recent visit. I came into the store to exchange a pair of shoes that had been mis-sold in the wrong size. I had called ahead beforehand, and when I arrived I spoke with a team member who brought over Tessa, the manager on duty. Tessa was already aware of my situation and was very helpful in getting the exchange process started. While we were in the store, my friend was also purchasing several items for her daughter. When we got to the till, I noticed that a few of the sizes she had selected were slightly too big. Maloma was serving us at the time. She initially had another team member with her, but unfortunately that colleague walked away and wasn’t particularly helpful. What stood out was that Maloma remained calm, professional, and attentive throughout. Even after serving the customers behind us, she personally went to change the sizes of the items we needed, including items that were located upstairs. She didn’t simply radio someone else to do it, she took the initiative herself and made sure everything was sorted for us. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. As someone who has previously been a Store Manager, I know how important it is to recognise team members who consistently go above and beyond. Maloma absolutely deserves recognition for her initiative, work ethic, and excellent customer service. Please do give her a well-deserved pat on the back from management. Employees like Maloma make a real difference to the customer experience.
