  It feels quite uncomfortable to shop here, a staff member turned round to stare at me and whatever items I looked at. Felt a bit judged and not at ease.

  I had a disappointing experience at the Intimissimi store on two visits (25 March evening and 26 March around 4–5 PM), involving the same staff member (female, long black hair, approx. 40s–50s). On my first visit, I exchanged an item from a discounted bundle, but the staff did not explain that the promotion would no longer apply. The refund amount was unclear and only later I realised it was not calculated as expected. When I returned to ask, the staff member was dismissive and simply said “the system works this way,” without properly explaining. I only found out I needed to return everything and repurchase after asking myself. On my second visit, I tried to use an email voucher with a barcode, but was told it couldn’t be scanned without a physical card. The same staff member then sarcastically placed my laptop under the scanner and said, “Can you see if this works?” — which felt very unprofessional. Lack of clear communication and poor attitude on both occasions made this experience very frustrating. I would not feel comfortable returning.

  Really disappointed with my experience here. The customer service is honestly very poor. Staff take a long time to bring your items sometimes, and the whole process feels slow and unorganised. On top of that, probably the manager came across as quite rude and unwelcoming. Instead of feeling comfortable shopping, I felt judged the entire time, which is not how a customer should feel in any store. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, but this one left me frustrated. I hope they improve. Besides the quality of the products is great.

  Whilst they have nice looking lingerie in store, there is a lot to improve otherwise in the shop. The price tags sometimes don't match with real price (they can be both higher and lower than the actual price) and the signage for special promotions can be very misleading. For example their Black Friday deal "Buy 2, Get 1 free" was hanged on a shelf with no extra information on it. Naturally it would mean that everything on that she would be included, but in reality it only applied the certain items. It left very messy feeling and unless you are ready to ignore those problems, you might be better off with competitor's shop.

  Très sympa... Avec aussi des sous vêtements pour homme
