  Just made a purchase today, the ladies who were helping me were amazing, unfortunately don’t know the names but I visited around 8 today and one of them was a supervisor. Such a nice experience

  Really disappointed with the customer service I received at White City Westfield. I was trying on some items and approached a member of staff to ask whether they had an XS available in a bikini top. She simply replied, “No, sorry.” As she did, another member of staff approached and said, “No, not everything exists in XS.” This comment was completely unnecessary and, frankly, deeply hurtful. I have struggled throughout my life to find clothes that fit me, and hearing a comment like that from a member of staff made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable about my body. I exist, and I should not be made to feel as though my body is somehow a problem because a particular size isn’t available. There was absolutely no need for the second comment. A simple “No, sorry” would have been sufficient. I found the interaction insensitive and body-shaming, and I would expect much better from a customer-facing member of staff. Funnily enough, I had actually intended to buy the bottoms, but I left the store in disbelief after the interaction. I left the store feeling genuinely upset. I hope this is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to remind staff about the impact their comments can have on customers. What may have been an offhand comment to them had a significant impact on me, and it was completely avoidable.

  visited about 12:30/1pm on 3 august. I asked to have my bra fitted and the woman (in her 30s or 40s) when measuring me asked me “what size i normally wear…a large?” i said no usually a small as i am size 8/10. and she looked at me like she didn’t believe it. i was so embarrassed and felt so judged. she then proceeded to ask me if i was wearing a push up bra to which i responded no, just a balcony unlined bra. she heard me but then asked me 2 other times during the fitting if i was sure i wasn’t wearing a push up bra. I was humiliated. i was going to buy from here but then walked out because of how i got treated. insane

  The only Intimissi store with good customer service! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional team. Unlike all other stores.

  I have had a very bad experience shopping at this branch, as I was served by Uliana who was incredibly rude and very disrespectful. She created a very hostile environment and spoke very harshly to my sister. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. She was very unhelpful and rude.
