  I would like to thank Aneta at TK Maxx Kingston for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. What made her assistance stand out even more was that I had previously had a disappointing experience at exactly the same counter, where I felt my presence was being ignored. Aneta was the complete opposite she took the time to listen, answer my questions, and help me make the right choice. In fact, if Aneta had not been there, I would have ended up buying the wrong product as a gift for my friend. Her advice and attention to detail saved me from making a mistake and made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Thank you, Aneta, for your excellent service and professionalism. It was genuinely appreciated.

  I would like to leave a review for the lovely blonde member of staff who served me at the tills in TK Maxx Kingston on Tuesday 10th June, her name was Vicky. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and smiley from the moment I approached the till. I had a large purchase, and she was patient, helpful, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding and she went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. This is exactly the kind of service that makes people want to return to a store. Associates like her are a real credit to TK Maxx. She showed genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude throughout the transaction. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to her. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be acknowledged.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this TK Maxx branch. I attended to make a substantial purchase, but encountered an issue where funds had been debited from my account while the store stated they had not received the payment. I politely requested assistance, a transaction reference, or any information that could help me resolve the issue with my payment provider. Instead of receiving support, I felt repeatedly spoken over and dismissed. The interaction became increasingly unprofessional, and I was left without any meaningful guidance despite the fact that a significant amount of money had already left my account. What made the situation particularly disappointing was the lack of intervention from management. I left the store feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and ultimately abandoned my entire purchase. As a long-standing customer who has spent a considerable amount with this company over the years, I expected far better customer service and a more professional approach to resolving payment issues. I hope senior management reviews customer service standards at this branch so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
