  Evertime here 10-20 minute wait at the tills. Prices are too high also, cross check eBay for same products new in packet that hasn't been stretched and touched by 1000 people.

  Great shop with a really nice and varied range of products. The staff are always friendly and helpful.. The only downside is that the queues can be quite long, especially at weekends. Overall, a great place for a bargain!

  Humiliating and unacceptable treatment at TK Maxx Kingston. We visited on 3 September 2026 at around 6:00–6:45pm simply to shop. I went to the till intending to buy a bottle of shampoo, but TK Maxx had placed the wrong price sticker on it. This was the store’s own labelling mistake, yet the staff’s attitude made us feel as though they blamed or suspected us of doing something wrong. Meanwhile, my partner was still trying on clothing and considering trying more items before deciding what to buy. I had an internet connection problem and needed our TK Maxx membership card from her phone, so I asked her to bring it to me at the till. She approached the till while still wearing the item she was trying on, but we remained inside the shop and had no intention of leaving or taking anything without paying. Instead of politely asking what was happening and correcting their own pricing error, the staff and manager appeared to immediately assume that we were shoplifting. My partner was told to remove the item, and we were made to feel accused, judged and humiliated. We understand that staff may ask reasonable questions when they are uncertain, but they should establish the facts calmly and respectfully—not immediately treat genuine customers like suspected thieves. If TK Maxx is concerned about shoplifting, it should improve its security procedures and staff training rather than humiliating innocent customers. The manager’s attitude made the situation worse instead of resolving it professionally. We have submitted a formal complaint to TK Maxx Head Office requesting a CCTV review, a full investigation and a written apology.

  I went to return an item without a receipt that I had bought the previous day. I received fantastic customer service from Abs, who was able to process the return by giving a gift card of the same value. I will definitely continue to shop at this TK Maxx

  Very poor customer service today when i want to buy a watch and i liked it so much, which is police brand one. so when i ask someone about it they just rudely told me they can’t help me because the keys which required to open the box is broken or something atleast no apologies or no effort to help . Kingston is so big and tjkmax so and you don’t have proper assistance . If there is no chance to buy then why you keep things and I don’t like the way she responded and judged me by looking at and below you can see that’s my one bank transaction and i have another more to share but you lost a customer
