- ZGZara GetagazovaApr 15, 20231.0The most horrible experience ever today at this branch. I bought a Longines watch a couple of days ago and leather strap was too short. I had an online chat with one of the advisors who stated I could take the watch to this store along with the Invoice OR order confirmation, which I did. On arrival I was greeted with unpleasant looks of assistants who did not know what they were doing (as one of them said exactly that- I am not sure how to go about this). After some discussion with each other, they requested my warranty card in order to and the watch back to Longines. When I said the card was not with me, the female assistant said I needed to pay £170 otherwise. Utterly shocking. The service was not to the expected standard and the company seems like a SCAM. Buy directly from the brands to avoid disappointment !
