When visiting to buy a jacket priced at £x amount, I headed to the counter to pay for it, the store manager ripped the price tag and without even apologising claimed they had placed the wrong price tag on the jacket!! Mistakes happen but his attitude was inexcusable. Obnoxious, poorly trained if at all. Avoid this store!
