  Yesterday I had an incredible experience at the boutique with the Rolex AD Grace to register my interest. I was nervous initially coming in, but Grace put me at automatic ease. She was very considerate and helpful and informative and makes everything a comfortable experience. With my 50th coming up in the near future, my dream was always to own a Rolex watch. Was the first time I tried one on and was absolutely stunned by the model. An incredible memory. I hope one day I'll be able to own this Prestigious time piece. Thank you 🙏

  Definitely one of the best, if not THE best AD around. Superb staff, excellent rapid service, and people who really share a passion for horology. Knowledgable and kind. Each experience has been special.

  Visited a month ago with my partner to browse engagement rings and inquire about a Rolex. The in-store service was friendly and attentive, but the follow-up was non-existent. Despite being promised an email with ring options and an invite to a bespoke jewelry event, I never heard back. I can't help but feel that because I inquired about a Rolex, I was written off as not being a "serious" buyer. I’ve since bought my ring from a different jeweler who actually valued my business, and I'll be doing the same for the watch. It seems if you aren’t buying on the spot, they lose interest. Very disappointing for a high-end jeweler.
