- MBmax and Leo BrooksJul 16, 20221.0Terrible service I bought my wife a backpack 3 months ago for a small cost of £95 only for the zip to break and to be told all Laungchamp bags only have a months guarantee.for a company so huge and to be placed in an exclusive shop like bentalls I feel this is a really poor service all the other bag shops in bentalls give a years guarantee I asked why the one month guarantee was not clearly advertised and got no reply Be aware it’s 32 pounds for a new zip and takes upto 8 weeks Very poor service
