- HZHewa Ahmed Zada2 days ago1.0I visited there today to buy shorts when I took the shorts to the cashier the staff wanted to change the price from £24.99 to 49.99 actually it is kind of a scam
- PPProLifeSep 19, 20261.0Staff don't know prices of hand bags. So you need to stand 30 minutes in line to know the price.
- SBSamuel BamigbayeSep 13, 20265.0I absolutely love shopping at TK Maxx in Ilford, London. It’s a big, clean and welcoming store with such a friendly atmosphere. A special mention to Catherine — a very beautiful, professional and competent lady. She was incredibly helpful the last time my partner and I visited, and we really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service. Beautiful people and a beautiful environment. Keep up the great work! ❤️ Regards, Samuel

- FFFlorence FarrellJul 4, 20261.0The Tkmax inford, there customer service is 0 point, some of the managers and some staffs very rude, too after roll they are following their rude managers example and they also buse their powers, when challenged about there rudeness behavior ,by telling customer that they are going to bann, from coming to there shop because your calling them out their rudeness and they feel that they are right and you as a customer you have No rights come and call them out and tell them their mistakes or they can not be corrected,i have had really bad, terrible and its left me with bad taste, experience with TKmax ilford UK. I vowed i will never, never go shop spend my hard working money in Tkmax and be treated ,and spoken too like a not a human with consumers rights, but being treated like criminal .while there are other shops where the will be grateful and treat with respect and when they are corrected are will to understand and to you me as customer with respect ,and not abusing there power by telling their customers they are going to be banned from come to their shop because they have been corrected their mistake,or called out of there rudeness.and i will never recommend anyone shop there .
