The staff member who assisted me Charlotte Vera was extremely humble, friendly, and professional throughout the interaction.I especially appreciated how they took the time to help me set up my loyalty card, explaining the benefits and ensuring everything was completed properly. Their patience and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I felt well taken care of and truly valued as a customer.

I visited the store to exchange a dress, but the staff member named Gina immediately processed a refund without even asking me first. I never requested a refund — I specifically came for an exchange. When questioned, Gina told us that the store only had a refund option and that exchanges were not possible. However, when we asked another staff member, she clearly explained the exchange policy, which proved that Gina had given us false information. It seemed like Gina made a mistake and instead of handling the situation professionally, she was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed that she herself was the store manager, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. We spent over an hour in the store trying to find the best dress for an exchange, only to leave completely disappointed because of the poor customer service and bad attitude. Staff behaviour, especially from Gina, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had while shopping.
