  I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Alex for going above and beyond to help me today. I found an item I really wanted, but unfortunately the glass was damaged and, understandably, it couldn’t be sold as it was because of the safety risk. It was the last one available, and when I explained that I particularly wanted it for my autistic son, Alex was incredibly kind and understanding. Rather than simply saying there was nothing he could do, he went out of his way to find a safe solution, removing the damaged glass so that I could still purchase the item safely. It may seem like a small thing, but it genuinely meant a lot to me. Alex was kind, patient and extremely helpful, and his customer service was exceptional. He is a real credit to TK Maxx and absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you so much, Alex! 😊

  Worst experience. The colleague who’s standing at the trail room not even know how to treat and talk with the customers.
