  Really helpful staff! My girlfriend wanted a pair of Prada sunglasses she’d seen in an advert but weren’t on display here. The staff went above and beyond by going online to identify what she required. When they worked out the pair she wanted, it turned out they had them behind the counter. Not only that, but they only cost £250 compared to the £355RRP! Highly recommended.

  Very bad experience in this store. The staff were not welcoming at all and kept giving us unpleasant looks. They were not helpful, and on top of that, they were whispering to each other, which felt very disrespectful towards customers. It’s a huge lack of politeness and professionalism. I would not recommend this place.

  I had great experience shopping in the airport terminal 4 Heathrow. Staff was very friendly, made many suggestions and expressed their opinions helped me chose right pair for me. I was rushed or felt any pressure into buying. I like shopping in this branch.
