  The staff were not really friendly or cooperative. The store had almost no WiFi to operate transactions, very strange and disappointing experience.

  I initially went with my friend to buy her items and later I saw the WOC which I felt it maybe useful for my daily use. Sumera helped us and showed us the different bags and she was so friendly and helpful. Later Wiolette helped me with the purchase and packaging. I had a nice experience at Chanel, Terminal 5. Tqsm Sumera & Wiolette.

  Initially I was just browsing to look at wallets. Sales staff Sumera was very helpful, friendly and very attentive resulting with me ended up buying 2 items, wallet n purse.

  I inquired about VAT deduction eligibility (knowing it's available to non-UK residents). The Asian Male staff member informed me that they only offer VAT reduction to citizens of Hong Kong and the USA, requiring "ID card with address proof," which I found amusing and will verify with Chanel HQ about why only two regions are being picked. Despite appearing casual for my flight, I sensed they doubted my spending capacity, though they should have checked my account. Overall, it seemed like the staff enjoyed chatting amongst themselves, but they didn't strike me as Chanel-trained personnel. This downgrades the brand.

  Small shop without much to offer. Was interested in a bag and they didn’t have a new one. A senior staff took a new bag with a similar colour out and said they’re the same but they were clearly not. Then she went to the computer to see if they had a new one and they didn’t. She tried very hard to persuade me into getting the display item by saying “it’s the last one in the entire Europe” and “we only put it out on display a few days ago and no one has touched it yet so it’s like brand new”. Not impressed so end up not getting anything. Also, staff would ask where your destination is before you buy anything in store, a bit bizarre of them to do so.
