  Terrible experience- I was about to buy a bag, and asked for a new one as the one I was looking at was on display. The ladies told me there is no extra (which is obviously a lie). The display bag had damage at the back with glue everywhere. They said they won’t sell it to other customers, but I saw them put it right back on the display. I hope no one buys this bag as it really was damaged. Of course i left the store empty handed and headed to Hermes who had much more pleasant SAs. Such a shame, Karl would be rolling in his grave

  Last Valentine’s Day, I bought a tweed jacket here. I asked the sales associate Kalenza to ship it directly to Hong Kong for me ASAP, and she said it would take around 5 days. I agreed without any hesitation. However, four days passed and the item still hadn’t been shipped, which made me worry that it might have been tampered with or swapped out. Kalenza then insisted that what she had actually told me was 5–10 business days, and claimed that the parcel had just been dispatched, providing me with a DHL tracking number. But when I checked the number, there was still no record of the courier picking up the parcel. She brushed it off, saying it was the logistics team’s responsibility and that the item had already been collected by them. I argued that I use DHL quite often and they usually update the shipping status in real time. By the fifth day, there was still no pickup information available. Kalenza said the parcel really had been taken away, adding that she was celebrating her birthday and would look into the issue the next day. I didn’t press the matter further. I waited a few more days, and the jacket finally arrived. But to my absolute shock, the collar of the jacket was saturated with an extremely strong perfume scent! I was utterly upset—after all, this jacket can’t be washed. I’ve left it airing out, yet the smell just won’t go away. I knew that even if I had confronted her about the strong perfume smell on the jacket back then, she would still have claimed it had nothing to do with her. Besides, I would never fly all the way from Hong Kong to London just for a single cloth, so I didn’t reach out to her again.Now every time I look at this jacket, this whole frustrating experience comes flooding back. What’s more, all the other items I bought from different brands in London during that trip were shipped out within 2 days. Even after all this time, I still can’t help but write about this ordeal.
