  The staff is very helpful. I had my flight in the evening and was expecting my parcel on the same day, as I had to take that stuff with me. I didn't receive the "ready for pickup" message, but I went there and requested to get my parcel. One of the staff members who was serving at the till opened up the parcels that were due to be scanned, found my parcel, and handed it over to me. I was literally over the moon. Appreciated her a lot.

  As the closing timing has been written as 9:00 p.m today ( Friday) as I approached to the store , I was told that closing time is 8 o clock. Please update the timing.

  I am aware that this has been posted late but i do want to make everyone aware of this. So this was in december, me and my mum went to matalan hayes for christmas shopping. There was a blue woolen sweater on sale and the price was good, i cannot remember the price but it was a good price. This sweater was the medium size and the sales sticker with the prize lowered was on all of the medium blue sweaters, but on the other sizes it was normal prize. So we thought that this is a good deal so we took it. Then came the checkout and the manager came and said that oh this is not for sale. Now obviously me and my mum thought that it is for sale due to the sticker, we tryed to communicate and tell her that it is for sale as it is on all of the blue medium sweaters. This manager was so defiant, stubborn and rude ro us and honestly we did not feel comfortable. Adding onto this, she even bought an innocent worker of matalan and told him is this for sale and he got scared due to her voice which was angry and he said no. What she was trying to do as you can see is that she wanted to prove her point that this is not for sale even though we told her calmly and politely that it is for all medium ones for the blue sweater but she was reluctant. Infact, she even ripped the sales sticker off it. This manager was so rude and i want to make it aware for everyone as i had an awful experience and she ruined my christmas. I dont know if the manager had changed now, but she was indian with brown blond hair and she had bright red lipstick. I did not feel happy aboht this.

  Worst experience at hayes matalan ...they charge you more than the original price which is clearly seen on tags ..even they don't apologise for their mistakes..they just said it's human error..wowww....even charge you extra on sale items..when you come back with any issue no one is able to tackle the situation.they simply wait for manager..when you ask for manager they say she is not here ,come back later.Manager is a arrogant lady who don't know her job how to deal with customers. She is just going to blame you at the end. Customers satisfaction doesn't matter to her as a manager. When I have returned one items which was £14 the staff returned me £12 ..when i ask why it's so ..they don't tell you anything they start whispering with each other.its like nothings happened. They charged 3 items overpriced from the tagged prices and did not even say sorry for that.they just made faces or random expressions like why you came back and exposing them. Please be aware from these fraud.Check your items and price in -store otherwise they just going to blame you at the end.It's your hardly earned money don't let them waste like this.
