  ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience at TK Maxx. I was about to purchase a dress that had two price tags attached to it. I had only seen the lower-priced tag when I picked up the item. When I went to pay, the cashier removed the lower price tag and told me that the actual price was the higher one. I explained that the item had been presented to me with the lower price clearly attached and questioned why I could not purchase it at that price. A staff member who identified himself as Ernest Boateng then became involved. His attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He told me that he had the authority to withdraw any product from sale whenever he wanted, took the dress out of my hands, and placed it behind the till rather than trying to resolve the situation professionally. Regardless of the technicalities around pricing, the way this was handled was unacceptable. A pricing discrepancy created in-store should not result in a customer being spoken to rudely or having an item simply taken away when they raise a legitimate question. I left feeling that customer experience and basic courtesy meant very little in this situation. After this experience, I would be very cautious about trusting the prices displayed on items at TK Maxx. If there is a discrepancy, apparently the solution can simply be to remove the item from sale rather than deal with the customer respectfully. Very disappointing customer service.

  I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the security lady who went far beyond her duty to help me locate my handbag inside the shop. I had everything inside my handbag my bank cards, housekeeping money, mobile phone, and other essentials — and losing it would have caused me significant distress. Anitha took immediate action the moment I approached her. With professionalism, calmness, and genuine care, she searched thoroughly and checked every possible area until she successfully located my bag. Her dedication, quick thinking, and determination made all the difference. Her exceptional support not only prevented a major loss but also showed what true customer care looks like. She is an absolute credit to the team, and I am sincerely grateful for her kindness and commitment. Thank you Anitha for your outstanding service. I am very grateful.

  Great selection. Shout out to Ali, a cashier, who proved especially kind, friendly and helpful when I was trying to transport a few heavy pots!
