  Possibly the worst branch I’ve visited is Hammersmith . Miserable security guards lolling against the railings as you come upstairs who give you attitude don’t smile or say hello , just awful . And when you want to pay it’s 2 staff serving and 12 people in the queue in front of you . A truly awful experience

  Every shopping experience I have had in tk maxx was very delightful and a specific worker named huda ramal was extremely nice to me and helpful. She also further gave me advice on the products I was buying which I found very thoughtful from her.

  Horrible return service. I used to return stuff at the till and now you can't - sfter a long queue they say I need to go on the 1st floor and return them at the machine (you need to add the item in a bad and carefully attach a label along with the receipt). Absolutely horrible, took ages!

  Today, while visiting this store with my wife, we experienced something absolutely unacceptable and terrifying. We had to use the elevator to go up to the first floor. The moment we got in, there was a very loud noise—like a cable snapping—and the elevator suddenly dropped a few centimeters before moving up again. The fear we felt in that moment is impossible to describe. Also my wife is pregnant, which made the situation even more serious. If anything had happened to her or to us, who would have taken responsibility???? Afterwards, I spoke to the store manager. He was a large-built man, I believe his name was Mo. Shockingly, he admitted that the elevator breaks down frequently and that no proper repairs have been carried out. This is beyond negligence. This is a serious safety hazard, and it’s clear that customer safety is not being taken seriously at all. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT use this elevator. You could be putting yourself in real danger. If an accident happens, the consequences could be severe and irreversible. This issue must be addressed immediately. Otherwise, the responsibility for any future incident lies entirely with the business.
