  had a very disappointing experience with the store manager, Paulina. She refused to accept the return of my shoes, claiming they had a scratch. However, another TK Maxx store accepted the same return immediately without any problems. In addition, Paulina's behaviour was extremely rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. A manager should set a good example for employees and treat customers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, she did neither. I believe she does not properly understand or follow consumer rights and should receive additional training. Her attitude towards customers was completely unacceptable, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously.

  I was served by Abdul and he was simply amazing, the shop floor was understaffed and this super hero was working not 1 but 3 tills. Thanks buddy especially as you still managed to keep your sense of humour. TK management you've got a good one here !! Hope I spelled your name right, I lost that piece of paper with your name on it!

  While I was browsing, a customer assistant approached me and spoke to me about not spraying perfume. I found this interaction uncomfortable and confusing, particularly because there were other customers in the same area engaging in the same behaviour who were not approached or spoken to. As I reflected on the situation, I became conce that I may have been singled out unfairly. I was the only Black person in that area at the time, and the fact that I was the only person approached has left me feeling that I may have been treated differently because of my race. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your store. I believe all customers should be treated equally and with respect, and situations like this should be handled consistently across all customers. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, including reviewing staff conduct and any relevant store policies, to ensure that all customers are treated fairly regardless of background. I would also welcome a response outlining what actions will be taken to address this concern. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your reply.
