- PBPeter BazelySep 15, 20261.0I love this shop but the manager Rihanna treated me like an annoyance. Strange as other staff have been so useful. I feel sorry for anyone under her.
- DSDarrel SewingSep 9, 20265.0Helpful manager he helped me find shirt for nephew
- DWDesi WranglerSep 8, 20265.0Busy store, great staff
- CRCatherine reesSep 1, 20265.0Some items were badly damaged by royal mail. Excellent customer service from Sulman who dealt with issue swiflty and professionally
- ASAnna SokalskaJul 25, 20261.0had a very disappointing experience with the store manager, Paulina. She refused to accept the return of my shoes, claiming they had a scratch. However, another TK Maxx store accepted the same return immediately without any problems. In addition, Paulina's behaviour was extremely rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. A manager should set a good example for employees and treat customers with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, she did neither. I believe she does not properly understand or follow consumer rights and should receive additional training. Her attitude towards customers was completely unacceptable, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously.
