  We were on a trip to London and had the chance to step into what we felt was the best lululemon store in the world! 🥹✨ We were served by the best lululemon Educator, Hamza, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to show us the different markdown items, colours and sizes, and gave us great advice on what would work best for us. He even went the extra mile to explain the different shipping options — whether to ship to our home or to the store for collection. What really stood out was that we overheard his break was coming up soon, but he never rushed us. He continued patiently helping us even though his break time has started. 🥹 Kudos to Hamza for going above and beyond and delivering such amazing customer service! He truly deserves to be recognised for his dedication and effort. You did great, Hamza! 👏🏻 Thank you for making our lululemon experience in London such a memorable one! ❤️

  I visited your Lululemon store at Battersea Power Station today, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. I came in today specifically to look at the Align leggings. The sales associate with red hair simply pointed me in a direction instead of assisting me properly. When I responded, she reluctantly followed me, but her facial expression clearly showed annoyance, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. When I asked about sizing (0, 2, 4) on the shelves, she did not explain what those sizes meant and instead asked what size I needed. I said medium, but I was still trying to understand your sizing system. Rather than helping, she redirected the conversation again by asking about color. Later, when I asked to see other styles made from the same Align material, including the flared version, and requested to see available colors, she simply pointed at a display without saying anything. Her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable. I didn’t even feel like trying anything on and ended up leaving the store.
