I shopped at Eltham store on Tuesday 19th approximately 14.15 and was served by the rudest women i have ever encountered, she didn't acknowledge me at all and at the end of my purchase she literally threw the receipt at me, gave me a dirty look and turned away. I was very confused and upset by this exchange, I'm spending my money in your store, there are others that I will now use. I will never use this store again. Having spoken to my friends I've learnt this isn't first time this women has done this, others have experienced her hostility before

Popped into the Eltham branch specifically to hunt down a new Swiss Comfort pillow—it’s literally the only place I ever buy these pillows from because the quality and price are unbeatable. As always, the homeware section didn’t disappoint. Clean store, friendly staff, and I walked out with exactly what I needed. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for top-tier bedding bargains!

It feels like a big charity shop. Lots of shelves filled with whatever bathroom stuff comes to hand and rails of clothing that looks dishevelled. The bags have gone downhill too. I popped in to purchase a nice back pack but there wasn't a single one to be found. It feels like a warehouse of outdated junk. First and last visit. Sorry.
