- TMTeresa Mallory-Jones1 day ago1.0Love the range here, but the items are so damaged. Their ladies tops always either has a hole, missing button, frayed or pulled strings in garments.. I see why cos when I returned these items for being damaged the till person tagged them straight up to go back on shop floor for another person to buy a damaged item.. and once I asked a manager if they could knock off some money as item is damaged and her response was "Well its not damaged, damaged" So a little damaged is ok but two damages isnt 😂 ridiculous
