Staff were very helpful, even noticed I had a small cut and gave me a plaster. Massive thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Matalan for their kindness and honesty. I went into the store to try on some clothes and, without realising it, I dropped my AirPods. I picked up the case but didn’t notice that both earbuds had fallen out. It wasn’t until I got home the next day that I realised the earbuds were missing from the case. I went back to Matalan, and to my great relief, the staff had found my AirPods and kept them safe for me. They were incredibly kind and helpful and even helped me locate them. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, kindness and willingness to help. It really says a lot about the wonderful staff at Matalan. Thank you so much for taking care of my AirPods and for such a lovely experience! ❤️

Along with the street market that surrounds the mall, you are bound to go home with good items and relatively well priced

Large store, well stocked. Customer service could have been better though. Won't be rushing back there. I worked in a customer facing role, and I hope I was more welcoming than this.
