TK Maxx is one of the leading multi-brand stores in the heart of Dagenham. The store is clean, well organised and offers a great range of branded products at attractive prices. The customer service is friendly and welcoming, making the shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality brands and great value!

Upon entering the shop it looked well stocked and clean, staff were thin on the ground. What staff was there were pleasant and helpful. This store offered a wide range of merchandise from ladies and mens fashion, mens and ladies shoes, trainers, luggage, cosmetics, fragrances, children's wear, kids footwear, toiletries and a section of homeward on the upper floor which I didn't explore today.

I went in this store to buy some stuff for my holiday and had items to return purchased from another store but had the worst shopping experience ever. I gave the items to be returned and the receipt to this young guy at the till and the first thing he said was that they don’t have Gold label in the store and that the item wasn’t from a TK Maxx store because some stores are not TK Maxx, i never heard this… he said he needed to check the CCTV to confirm that the clothe was purchased as it was but he didn’t have access to that store CCTV and said I will need to go back there for refund. What he was saying didn’t really make sense and we asked for a manager and he said he was the one, he then said he would not serve me claiming that I shouted even though I didn’t at all, we only challenged him to explain what the problem was, he moved to a different till. When the security guy came, he tried to defend him but quickly understood that the supposed manager was clear about what he was saying and he apologised while the guy continued being defensive and refusing to apologise or serve me. I have been coming to this store for many years and have never been treated like this and they both said they even recognise me. I felt that the guy was trying to accuse me of something that I didn’t even understand because I am a person of colour. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, how can people antagonise you and play victim is beyond comprehension. And next minute they say that you are shouting when you are not just to give themselves an excuse. This guy is definitely on a wrong job or needs training, totally appalling experience

I’m giving Ish a five star because he’s the most humble security I’ve come across. Hes actually the most humble employee at TK maxx Dagenham. Ish was so helpful when my phone went off and I couldn’t finalised my payment. The way he relates with customers is commendable. He deserves employee of the month always. I was meant to leave this review weeks but every time I walk in to TK maxx he’s so helpful so I had to do this today… thank you so much and keep up the good work!
