People there have no manners + they always keep the long queues and let costumers wait. This is not first time, I get that sometime they have a problem with something but they should treat costumers with the respect and have totally different approach. The feeling from this store is almost always depressing.

I came in buying clothes for an upcoming holiday, and they provided me with a great customer experience. Both of them were so patient and supportive, helping me figure out exactly what I needed to buy without any pressure at all - just genuine, kind advice. What really stood out was how far they went above and beyond: they held a suitcase behind the desk for me and actually packed the clothes I’d bought straight into it for me. I’ve never had service like that before. They were smiling, warm, and made the whole thing feel easy. Keyana and Ariel are an absolute credit to this store. Genuinely 10/10 service, thank you both so much!
