- AAAnwaarOct 3, 20261.0The security personnel spent my entire visit watching me with intimidating, suspicious looks and repeatedly asking, “Are you looking for something?” It never felt like an offer of assistance, it felt like I was being treated as a suspect who needed to justify being there. He didn’t even acknowledge or welcome me when I walked in, just scrutiny and suspicion. Browsing a luxury boutique should not feel like an interrogation. Security is meant to maintain safety, not make patrons feel profiled or unwanted. I expect far better standards from this brand.

During my last visit to the newly done up Sloane Square branch staff were extremely unhelpful and when asked if everything is ok, the woman brushed it off as company policy ! It felt they were doing it on purpose so needless to say I simply walked out. I certainly have no need to be talked down to and in a condescending manner. So thank you but no thank you. There are other brands that I am happy to switch to and I suggest people don’t bother here and do the same.
