When I cancelled the large bag, the staff member behaved rudely. She pulled my £20 note across the desk in a disrespectful manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe every customer has the right to change their mind and should be treated with respect. I hope this matter will be addressed.

There is a women's changing area and it definitely wouldn't fly letting men use women's. The girls then took ages and we waited for 15 mins or so...
