  They have FINALLY got Menswear back in store, but after removing the dept a few years ago they also removed the "MENS" stand up letters in their top window and no signage in the store where it is. The only way I discovered it was that they had ONE mannequin in the downstairs entrance with shorts and a t-shirt, which could have been for women too, the mannequin didn't look like a male particularly, so i went up the escalators, went to where the men's department used to be but it was women’s, so when I finally found an assistant they pointed me to the new section to the left of the shop. It was two sections of the shop, it had a good range, not as large as before but still good. What is annoying is that they got rid of the menswear because there "wasn't enough sales" but that was because last time they shrunk the dept to a very small range it made it insignificant. When it closed before, we still had other shops with menswear but apart from Primark, not at the same price band. Then Burtons shut down, so it was only Primark I could afford. What is annoying this time is that there has been NO PROMOTION or announcement, be it in the local social media for the Lexicon or any effort to make people aware of the new dept. It's like they want it to fail, which is annoying as I love their clothes and the nearest one to me outside Bracknell is Staines or Camberley. I think Matalan head office needs to crack the whip and get the store into shape and promote itself.

  A great selection of clothing at affordable prices are available to buy from this store. Good shopping experience when I visited 👍🏼

  No disabled access. An escalator that goes up, but no way down without the embarrassment of having to get a member of staff to get the escalator to go the other way. No lift as it is now a goods lift only. Utterly disgusted with the level of discrimination. If I'd been in my wheelchair I wouldn't have been able to get access at all.

  Good store. Occasionally very good bargains. Much better for ladies than gents.
