It’s not the biggest store but provides what every other TK max has.

Very disappointing experience I’ve been to many TK Maxx stores around London with my dog and have never had an issue bringing him inside, especially as TK Maxx has a whole section dedicated to pet products. Today, I was told that my dog wasn’t allowed to walk on the floor and that if I wanted to enter the store, I had to carry him. I ended up having to carry my 10kg dog around the shop just so I could buy a few things for him. I completely understand that stores can have rules, but this felt unreasonable and, more importantly, there seems to be no consistency between TK Maxx stores. I’ve visited many locations across London with my dog without any problem. If dogs are allowed in but have to be carried, this should be made very clear beforehand. Expecting someone to carry a 10kg dog around while shopping is not exactly practical. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I went into the store specifically to shop for my dog.

Really well organised. Great use of space and lovely customer service. Went on their opening day and it was lovely. Always love TK Maxx but this one is another level!
