  I was in TK Maxx today at 12:20pm and went to the till to pay for my items. The cashier scanned a bag, which clearly states on the label that it contains a set of products. He then opened the bag and shouted, “A-ha! What’s this?” " The detective started the investigation." He was accusing me of stealing. Somehow, he eventually realised he was wrong. I didn’t know Conan the Detective was working there! He acted as if he’d just cracked a case and caught a criminal. Honestly, I was embarrassed by the way he behaved. I was left speechless. It was an unnecessary and humiliating experience. I didn’t expect to be treated like a suspect while simply trying to pay for my shopping. I’m genuinely surprised the store employs people who handle customers, he did not even said sorry, such an incompetent and unprofessional customer service.

  This shop suddenly smells of sewage and walking round made my eyes water. I brought my niece and the smell made her feel really unwell. Didn't used to smell like this...

  The sewage smell in this TK Maxx is absolutely abhorrent. It is so strong that you can smell it from outside the shop, and once inside, it makes it extremely unpleasant if not impossible to shop comfortably. The entire basement, particularly the children’s clothing section, smells worse than anything I have ever experienced. The smell is so overpowering that it makes your eyes burn and leaves you feeling nauseous. This is completely unacceptable in a retail environment, particularly in an area where children’s clothing is being sold. I really hope this is addressed urgently. I will not be returning to this store until the issue has been properly resolved.

  We entered with in-trepidation knowing what has greeted us in various TK stores around the country. Chaos! However this was the cleanest store we have entered. Everything was on hangers and very well organised throughout all the sections it was such a surprise for a Saturday afternoon. A revelation ! Well done to all it was an enjoyable visit .
