  All I can say is 'Just Brilliant'! From the moment you enter their well appointed showrooms you are greeted warmly by a well dressed man - looks the part. The showrooms are well laid out and luxurious with a GREAT display of watches tonchhose from. You are looked after and everyone seems to be there for YOU! We were looked after by Kai, and we couldn't ask for more on such a special occasion. Thank you

  Terrible experience in Goldsmiths Liverpool One today. We went in there to purchase our wedding rings and the customer service couldn't have been worse in my opinion. Could not see one customer in the shop but apparently not one person in the shop could help us. We got told we could make an appointment for another day?? Found that a bit mad as we wanted to try on and buy rings that day. Then we got told we could have a look at the wedding rings upstairs. As we walked up the stairs, there was no staff there to show us the rings or even point out which rings where platinum etc. So we left. But as we walked out, the same staff were still stood with no customers. What should have been a nice experience buying our wedding rings, turned into a poor experience. Wasn't happy considering I bought the engagement ring from Goldsmiths, but fortunately, that was online and I only picked up the ring from the Liverpool One store. I didn't really have to deal with any member of staff. Luckily enough, we went to different shop and received nice normal service and purchased our wedding rings from them instead.

  An excellent experience at Goldsmiths Liverpool. Julie was attentive, knowledgeable and made choosing a gift feel effortless, nothing was rushed and the service felt genuinely considered. I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Alex on previous visits, and the standard has been consistently high throughout. A very professional and welcoming team.

  Had an amazing experience. I came with the intention of knowing more about the signifance and importance of Rolex as a brand. I was greeted with nothing but love and patience by Clare. Clare made me feel really comfortable, explained the brand to me in great detail, and allowed me to even try on a few models which I was extremely grateful for. I’d like to say thank you to Ian as well. Thank you for this experience. Really welcoming and warm people.

  We bought our wedding bands from Goldsmiths and had an excellent experience thanks to Anthony. From start to finish, Anthony was fantastic. He took the time to understand our preferences and helped us choose the perfect rings without ever making us feel rushed. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the process and kept us updated every step of the way until collection. What really stood out was the extra care he showed, he even booked a follow-up appointment to ensure we were happy with the rings and that they fit perfectly. A huge thank you to Anthony for making such an important purchase so smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciate all your help!
