  Great experience at Goldsmiths with Ian & Patrick at the Cartier counter. Nice shopping experience. Smooth transaction process. Need sparkling wine or champagne though & not Prosecco. ☺️

  Terrible customer service. Attended today to look at some watches I had seen on their website. Waited around for 30 minutes with not one staff member asking if I required any assistance (despite approx 3 stood around doing nothing), approached a lady who seemed to be the manager, to which she said "there is nobody available, pop back in 30 mins". I returned approx 45 mins later and one staff member said "sit down somebody will be with you shortly". 30 mins passed with nobody attending and same said manager stood near me doing nothing. I approached her, after I heard her say the shop would be closing in 30 mins to another, and asked if somebody would be coming to assist, she point blank said "no, the only staff member is interacting at the moment". I said what was the point in sitting me down with no intention of attending to me and you have wasted my time. The reply I received was an arrogant smile and thank you. Absolutely dreadful treatment and judging by other reviews, seems to be typical for this store. I'll buy elsewhere

  Had an appointment with Sean at the Liverpool store to view a new Rolex Explorer 2. Excellent knowledge, went through all the details, paperwork and warranty. No pressure and felt so special. Thank you Sean

  A shocking experience and a very cold welcome. I had intended to make a significant purchase but decided to take my business elsewhere. The initial greeting was non-existent, despite the store being virtually empty. When I asked for assistance, I was told, in a very cold and dismissive manner, that I needed to make an appointment to view the jewellery. I understand that this may be the store's policy, but the way it was communicated was extremely poor and made me feel unwelcome. I left and visited a well-established jewellery chain instead, where the service couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and welcoming. The contrast in customer service was remarkable.
