I had a few items to try on, but the fitting room staff refused to let me use the fitting rooms without any clear explanation. After insisting, I was only allowed to try one item, which felt unfair. The staff member was dismissive, avoided eye contact, and refused to provide their name when asked. Instead, I was told to speak to a manager. The staff member was blonde with blue eyes. I understand closing procedures, but customer service should always be respectful and professional. This experience was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
