  I cannot believe the passive aggressive, disgusting attitude I have just recieved from an employee in this store. Myself, my husband and our almost 1 year old visited here and found the lift wasn't working, so we carried our pram upstairs with our son in. We then gathered a trolley full of items, that my husband had to carry down. The employee in question, came over and asked if everything was ok with a disgruntled look on her face. I explained my husband was having to carry the trolley of items down as the lift wasnt working, at which I was told with a terrible attitude "you should have asked to use the goods lift", dooes TK Maxx sell x-ray vision, so I can see through walls? To which i said, I had no idea you had a goods lift, to be again, snappily told I should have asked... Who, the invisible employee? There was absolutely no staff around before he began struggling with the trolley, they were far too concerned with chatting through their headsets. Can honestly say, despite the incredible range and amount this store has, I will absolutely NEVER return.

  I entered the store around 30 minutes before closing time. I had a few items to try on, but the fitting room staff refused to let me use the fitting rooms without any clear explanation. After insisting, I was only allowed to try one item, which felt unfair. The staff member was dismissive, avoided eye contact, and refused to provide their name when asked. Instead, I was told to speak to a manager. The staff member was blonde with blue eyes. I understand closing procedures, but customer service should always be respectful and professional. This experience was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
