Charlotte delivered to top class service, was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful from the off. Although they didn't have the particular make and model I was after in stock Charlotte took the time to understand what I was after in look and feel for a watch, sat me down and picked out a selection of what she thought I could find of interest. She then took the time (and patience!) In showing me the various pieces, giving great detail as each one was shown and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Also being offered a drink was a nice touch! Once I'd made my choice again everything was explained in full when it came to insurance, service, protection etc. So very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend!
