I was shopping at the Boston branch with my 3-year-old child when they had an urgent need to use the toilet. I asked the staff for help, but they flatly refused and sent us to a public car park several minutes away. Anyone with a toddler knows that expecting a 3-year-old to hold it for that long in an emergency is completely unrealistic. Because of their cold refusal and total lack of flexibility, my child didn't make it in time and had an accident. It was an incredibly humiliating and distressing experience for a young child, all because the staff couldn't show a basic shred of human decency. Absolutely disgraceful service for families.

Good stores, terrible parking systems. A real trap for the drivers. Be ready to get fined, without warning.

First time visiting TK Maxx was totally amazed, always thought it was out of my pay grade. Actually bought several bits from the sale rail and some smellies that I actually didn't think they sold. All in all would definitely go again and would highly recommend
