- NJNatalie JonesFeb 4, 20221.0I would never use this hsamuel again due to the service and rudeness of its staff. I bought my order online for a click and collect collection. Upon collection I felt the staff were rude and put out and when I had to return the item the attitude I received by the manageress was appalling due to not having the paper receipt to accompany my online receipt. apparently it would seem that due to not looking a certain way due to being tired and heavily pregnant meant that I was in a position to be judged obviously my money isn't good enough for the boston branch of hsamuel. Will never shot in this branch out of sheer principle again
