- BTBhavika ThakkarJun 8, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at the TK Maxx Fosse Park (Leicester) today due to a staff member named Samana at the fitting rooms. My husband was trying on clothes, and as I walked in, I politely informed her that I was going to check on him and sit near the changing area. In fact, the men's section was completely empty and there was no one else even trying on clothes, yet her attitude was absolutely pathetic. She rudely ordered me to take a bench/stool and wait outside, snapping that my husband could just come out and show me whatever he was trying on. What makes no sense is why are stools and benches even kept right outside the changing rooms if we are not supposed to sit there while our family tries things on? If there is a specific policy, Samana should have kindly and politely explained it when I first entered. Her attitude was pathetic.There is a way to speak to customers with basic manners and kindness, but she chose to be hostile and disrespectful for no reason. TK Maxx management seriously needs to address her behavior and train her with basic qualities.

The first time I was not attentive and they didn't put my thing in me, (I realised about it only at home when I looked at the check).
