  Very rude staff, and not for the first time. I visited on a Friday evening at 8pm - store closes at 9pm. Went to try on a dress, but they had put a rail across the changing room preventing access. When I asked a member of staff, I was spoken to rudely and told "It's closed now". Puzzled, I asked if the store had closed and was told "No, the changing room is closed". No explanation or apology. So I put the dress back on the rail, and walked out.

  The one star is for The lady who was standing at the doors shouting at people that they are closed at 4.43pm. sooo rude with such a bad attitude. How you got a customer facing role is hilarious. And no I'm not the woman you had an argument with at the door, just an on looker appauled at your attitude. There is a polite way to talk to people, I understand you're tired from your day but the way you talk to people is awful, you sound so angry and fed up and you probably don't realize.

  Extremely, rude and unprofessional staff.I wonder what level of customer service training they receive.The young lady with blonde hair called Caitlin if I remember correctly is so arrogant and unhelpful to customers.She gives you strange looks, does not say please or thank you and does not even greet you. What a negative experience we had at the shop being served by her,Never again will I spend my money at that store.
