⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very pleasant, clean and well-organised store I recently visited the TK Maxx in Hinckley and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean, tidy and well organised the store is. Despite being a very large shop, everything is presented in a clear and orderly way, and it is obvious that the staff make a good effort to keep the different sections clean and well maintained. The store is spacious, attractive and offers a very good selection of products. There is a good range of clothing, footwear, accessories and other items, and it is always enjoyable to walk around and see what you can find. The variety of brands and the prices are definitely one of the main attractions of TK Maxx, and I found some very good offers during my visit. Having said that, because the store is so large, I was expecting to find even more variety and a slightly wider selection in some sections. When you walk into such a big store, your expectations are naturally quite high, and I thought there might be even more options available. Nevertheless, the products they do have are very well presented, and the organisation makes it easy to browse and find what you are looking for. The customer service was also very good. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, which made the overall shopping experience pleasant. The only area I think could be improved is the speed at the tills. On my visit, the checkout process was a little slow and the queue could have moved more quickly. Considering the size of the store and the number of customers it can attract, I think this is something that could be improved. However, it was only a minor issue and certainly did not spoil my overall experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The store is beautiful, extremely clean, tidy and well looked after. The clothing is well presented, there are some great offers, and it is a pleasant place to spend some time browsing. Even though I expected a little more variety because of the size of the store, and the checkout was slightly slow, I am still giving it five stars because the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely visit this TK Maxx again and would recommend it to others. Five stars well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Some good offers & discounts can be found, but you do have to take time to search around & your probably end up finding the top you're after in the pet supplies 😆 🤣 Beacuse someone hasn't put it back!

I love TK Maxx, and this branch in Hinckley is great. It's a lot smaller than some of the other stores, but it still has plenty of beautiful, unique items at bargain prices. Although the store isn't very big, they stock almost everything, including clothing, furniture, soft furnishings, kitchenware, cosmetics, pictures, mirrors, rugs, food and snacks, garden items, pet products, home décor, and much more. The store is always clean and tidy, and the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. I believe there's a large car park on site, and I think parking is free if you shop at TK Maxx or one of the other stores there, although I'm not completely certain, so it's worth checking.

Great for fashion shopping if you are prepared to look through rails. Always have to queue to pay.
