Love TK maxx found lots i needed for a new home. Unfortunately I had to leave everything as the queues were so long and slow. Not enough staff working to reduce the wait.

Messy shop and disappointing shop experience. I was looking at the perfumes and noticed that several bottles were left open, some without lids, at the bottom of a shelf that was very difficult to reach. Some of the boxes were also ripped and damaged. While I was browsing, a security staff member approached me and told me not to spray the perfume. I wasn’t spraying perfume, —I was simply looking at the products and had already put a few bottles in my basket because I was planning to buy them. After being approached in this way, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I put everything back and left. I would never buy from a shop where customers are made to feel as though they are being chased away. Very disappointing customer service.

Really helpful and efficient, had some problem with the size of my clothes the lady at the counter had a no fuss approach even though some labels were missing due to how the online order was packed, excellent service

Huge store with all the stock you would expect. A regular shopper here.
