The extra space has made the whole shopping experience more enjoyable, especially during busy periods when the store is full of customers. One thing that really stands out is the staff. They always seem genuinely happy to be there—or, at the very least, they’re exceptionally good at making every customer feel welcome. I visit fairly often, although I don’t always make a purchase. Sometimes I’m simply researching future sets with my partner to see what catches his eye, but regardless of whether I’m buying or browsing, the team are always friendly, approachable, and happy to help. Today’s visit was a purchasing trip, and once again the staff didn’t disappoint. My only criticism is that the product range feels a little more limited than I expected for a larger store. I was hoping to buy Jabba’s Sail Barge, which I appreciate is a premium set, but it wasn’t in stock despite having seen similarly large sets displayed in the previous, smaller store. I also felt the Star Wars selection wasn’t as extensive as I’ve seen in some other retailers, which was a little disappointing. That said, the outstanding customer service more than makes up for the limited stock. I’ll happily order larger sets online for collection in store because the experience of visiting the Leeds team is always a positive one. They consistently make customers feel welcome, and that’s something that keeps me coming back.
