  I had an outstanding experience at Rolex by Prestons in Leeds, and in particular with Niamh. From my initial enquiry through to collecting my Explorer II, she was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic. Throughout the process she kept me informed, answered every question patiently and made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. Collecting a Rolex is a special occasion, and Niamh made it exactly that. She took the time to explain the watch, its features and its history, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Her passion for the brand and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. I never felt pressured, only valued as a customer, and it’s clear why Prestons has such a strong reputation. Thank you, Niamh, for making the experience so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend both Niamh and the team at Rolex Prestons to anyone considering their first Rolex or adding to their collection.

  I popped in on the off chance that they might have a free slot to register my interest in the Oyster Perpetual 41 and was warmly welcomed by the person at the door and Elise was fantastic to talk to and had amazing knowledge on the product.

  I've recently had the pleasure of visiting the Rolex Boutique by Prestons a few times. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walk through the doors, the atmosphere is welcoming, sophisticated, and genuinely personal. ​A special thanks to Caitlan, her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for watches is brilliant. We had a great conversation about Watches and Wonders and honestly it was just nice to talk to someone who was as into it as I am! Caitlan took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, kept me informed after the watch I enquired for was discontinued and made me feel completely valued as a customer when choosing an alternative. It is rare to find such high-end service combined with a down-to-earth and friendly approach. I look forward to continuing my watch-collecting journey with Prestons. Thanks again.
