Had to ring to confirm what’s going on with my order as the additional item arrived but the main item had been cancelled without me being told by email, text or phone call with a update / reason on why my watch has been cancelled. The only way I found out it’s been cancelled was by ringing the store to ask if it’s arrived and they said only the necklace had arrived (the additional item which is discounted) if you buy the watch😂. They Then said the watch has been cancelled. So glad I rang them and didn’t land to the store. Received email on the 9th of June saying ready to collect. I seen the email on the 10th of June. So I rang to ask and get told my main item the watch has been cancelled. I’m glad I didn’t make my way up to the store to collect my items because I would have told them to refund me right away. Either I get my watch and the additional item or if no watch I want a refund for both items. The whole point of the necklace being discounted was because I paid for the watch. Ordered on Sunday.
