My husband and I visited the Leeds store today and received excellent service from Jamie who helped me pick out a pair of beautiful blue linen trousers with matching blue vest and a white straight cut lined shirt. He was super helpful in checking sizes for me to make sure the fit was perfect . Thanks Jamie, we will visit again soon!

I went on the Gant website and discovered the item I wanted may be available at the Leeds branch. I rung the Leeds store and was advised it wasn't on the shelves but had likely been boxed up as it was old stock. The staff member went through the boxes, found the item and rung me the following day to confirm it had been found. They even offered to post me the item free of charge. I'm really impressed by their efforts and appreciative of what they did. Well done Gant Leeds!!!! Excellent customer service.
