  Really disappointed with the recent decline in quality at Charles Tyrwhitt. I’ve had shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt that I bought 7–8 years ago, and they’ve been excellent. The quality was great, they’ve lasted incredibly well, and they’re still perfectly good to wear today. I’ve recently bought the same type of shirts again, and the difference in quality is immediately noticeable. The materials and overall construction feel much cheaper than they used to, which is really disappointing from a brand that I previously associated with good-quality clothing. It feels like the manufacturing has been cut back to save costs, and unfortunately the customer is getting a noticeably inferior product as a result. It’s a shame to see a brand that once offered such good quality seemingly go down this route.

  Excellent customer service, was given all necessary guidance to find the ideal shirt style and size. Was given time to look at my options and left very happy with my selection.

  I needed a couple of shirts and the staff were extremely helpful in finding what I needed. An overall good shopping experience - as much as that may sound like an oxymoron.
