  We were served by Sanju from beginning to end and we were extremely happy with his service. He upholds high levels of professionalism which is always great to see and he really knew his stuff. He was very patient and kind with us which is something we appreciate!!!! Thank you Sanju we hope you get a big raise and the credit that you deserve you were fantastic 😊😊

  Visited Charles Tyrwhitt today with my two brothers, my mum, and my auntie, and honestly, we had no plans whatsoever to buy 20 shirts when we walked in. The only reason we ended up buying that many was because of the incredible service from Sanju. His level of customer service was unbelievable. He was practically running the entire shop by himself — helping multiple customers at once, sorting payments at the till, answering questions, finding sizes, and still making everyone feel looked after. His energy, professionalism, patience, and work ethic were genuinely impressive. What really stood out was his ability to multitask under pressure. At one point he had several customers trying shirts on in the changing rooms, while at the same time he was rushing back to the tills to help other customers, then straight back to assist with fittings, and then back onto the shop floor helping people choose designs and sizes. He was constantly covering the entire shop and somehow still giving everyone great service without making anyone feel ignored. In comparison, some of the other staff didn’t seem nearly as approachable or proactive. Whenever we needed help, it was always Sanju stepping in immediately and making sure everything was sorted. People like him are a huge asset to any business. He completely changed our shopping experience and genuinely influenced how much we bought. Massive credit to him — outstanding service from start to finish.
