  Poor service at the till!!! I was 'told' by the girl on the till that they were doing e-receipts that day, however I then queried about a paper receipt and she told me I could have both. Having opted many times for e-receipts I'm pretty sick of tying myself up with shrouds of unwanted emails (yes I know you can opt out - done this many times before) I then politely opted for only a paper receipt. At this point her attitude changed, her smiled disappeared and she stopped communicating with me. Not even a thank-you, have a nice day! I found this utterly disgusting, all because I didn't opt for an e-receipt!!!

  I would have given them -15 The staff was soo rude and arrogant. We wanted to make an exchange on a thing and first they were being unknown and later called 3 ppl their manager and one of them offered to exchange the thing with other thing and we agreed and when we were done taking the new things and at the counter a new lady **calling herself a manager* said they cannot take the exchange and the coat smells like it had been sprayed by a perfume even though it was perfectly fine and first time no one said that she was soo rude and assuming stuff . Waisted our time for arguing and the exchange offer . Over all i would never visit them again and they are really rude staff need to be changed . And should do accept their misconceptions and mistakes other then assuming stuff.

  I arrived a full 10 minutes before closing and even asked a staff member where I should queue. I was told to stand in a specific queue, which I did. After waiting, I was then told I was in the wrong queue and that they wouldn’t give me my parcel because of it. So let me get this straight: I arrived on time, followed staff instructions, queued as told — and still left empty-handed. No apology, no effort to fix their own mistake, just flat refusal. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
