- BBBeaSep 7, 20262.0Staff standing around in a group chatting together rather than helping customers and there was a random man hanging around in the changing rooms. He jumped up and ran out when I went into the stall he was hiding in. Staff not looking or watching what's going on at all
- AMAneeLa .MJun 30, 20261.0Very slow customer Serivce they just have one till someone called Tia served me and took her time talking to customer knowing that we’re waiting in line more than 10 minutes. Then disappears to say we ran out bags after i paid and made me wait more longer i was very frustrated. Never shopping again!
- AAAbeehaMay 16, 20261.0I would have given them -15 The staff was soo rude and arrogant. We wanted to make an exchange on a thing and first they were being unknown and later called 3 ppl their manager and one of them offered to exchange the thing with other thing and we agreed and when we were done taking the new things and at the counter a new lady **calling herself a manager* said they cannot take the exchange and the coat smells like it had been sprayed by a perfume even though it was perfectly fine and first time no one said that she was soo rude and assuming stuff . Waisted our time for arguing and the exchange offer . Over all i would never visit them again and they are really rude staff need to be changed . And should do accept their misconceptions and mistakes other then assuming stuff.
