- SBsidra batool3 days ago1.0Its a very good store with variety of stuff. I am not happy with shop floor assistant. She just forced me to buy a beauty product which I didn't need at all and just because I was checking it on my hand. It was already opened with no tag, no price. I can bet someone already tried it as it had few marks on it. She said as I checked it so I have to buy it. A very small sign says no testers. Rubbish!!!! With such a huge store ,they can't bin it but forces customer to buy stuff even they don't need it. Highly unprofessional.

You need plenty of time on your hands to come and sift through aisles and aisles of clothes and other goods. Customer service is very good and there is a working lift for the disabled shopper too.

He was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. I’m so grateful for all of his assistance, thank you so much!! I’d also like to mention the security gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name), who went above and beyond to help me load the furniture into my car. His kindness and willingness to help were very much appreciated. Excellent service all around!
