- SFS FatimaSep 2, 20265.0I had a really positive experience with Mahoor’s customer service. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole shopping .Mahoor was attentive to my needs, responded promptly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority. I really appreciate the excellent service and would happily recommend Mahoor to others! First time i have seen somebody so nice at tk maxx Bradford
- SBsidra batoolAug 14, 20261.0Its a very good store with variety of stuff. I am not happy with shop floor assistant. She just forced me to buy a beauty product which I didn't need at all and just because I was checking it on my hand. It was already opened with no tag, no price. I can bet someone already tried it as it had few marks on it. She said as I checked it so I have to buy it. A very small sign says no testers. Rubbish!!!! With such a huge store ,they can't bin it but forces customer to buy stuff even they don't need it. Highly unprofessional.

- LHLauren HopeJul 23, 20265.0I popped in for a quick look and ended up finding a furniture set that I absolutely loved. The customer service from Amir was outstanding. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. I’m so grateful for all of his assistance, thank you so much!! I’d also like to mention the security gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name), who went above and beyond to help me load the furniture into my car. His kindness and willingness to help were very much appreciated. Excellent service all around!
