- CJCynthia Jones3 days ago1.0I went into the Highcross Shop on Friday 14th at 9.45 am. I was left standing at the counter with my purchases whilst members of the staff just ignored me. When I politely asked if anyone could serve me, a very rude young woman told me she would serve me once she had finished sorting out a few garments. I dontbmind waiting a little but I dont expect to be spoken to so rudely by the staff. She was very curt and I really should have addressed this matter at the time. I then went to Next opposite New look the lady there doing the same job spoke to me politely and with a smile. We can all have a bad day, but don't take it out on the customers.

Although a manager had specifically stated that online returns must be completed by the customer, Pam went above and beyond her role to guide me step-by-step. Her kindness and exceptional service made all the difference.
