- SNShaz NJul 31, 20261.0The customer service is horrendous at this haymarket branch. I went to return a faulty item - black heel shoes which were defective and caused injury to my foot and back within a very short time. The Sales Assistants Khushi and Khushboo were incredibly unhelpful and did not issue a refund or listen to concerns raised, they called the manager Jane to inspect who came about 10 mins later, very rude, loud and argumentative. Not at all approachable, no apology given. She did not even check the item properly despite explaining my concerns and denied the refund. Khusboo marked the receipt with R to show a refund has been processed, but I did not receive any refund which is highly unprofessional and misleading. Khushi delayed the process and was grinning when I said I am not happy with the service and will be making a complaint. I don't understand how any of them are hired, they should all be fired! I have reported them all. Avoid shopping at Matalan if you want better service.
