There never seems to be enough staff serving, and the staff who are on the tills are often very slow and don’t appear happy to be there. This is the not the first time I’ve visited and ended up putting my shopping back because the wait was simply too long. Better staffing at busy times would greatly improve the customer experience.

Both my daughter and I noted how professional and friendly she was, thank you Ellie! ⭐️

As I was leaving these items outside a lovely gentleman called Ashley who was manning the changing rooms offered to get me a trolley in the meantime, without hesitation. Thank you Ashley for being so considerate. A credit to this TK Maxx store.
